Price adjusted. Correct, spacious, clean rooms. No luxuries but functional. Good soundproofing. rest of the guests are not heard and noise of the motorway is barely perceptible.
Overloaded at breakfast. No doubt they're understaffed to handle so many guests. ones that are there are not enough. We had to queue up for breakfast and ask for several products to be replaced several times, as they did not reach everything. It is not the fault of the waiters, who can't cope with more, of how badly organized it is... it is incomprehensible that they have half an empty dining room, with 2 huge tables for 8 diners that they don't use, meanwhile the clients waiting to get smaller tables..., it is not a plan to have breakfast with strangers, as they came to propose to us... disposition of the products can also be improved because everything is in a too narrow space and people are crowded together, so there is a good racket to take anything... ah, toaster they have is ridiculous.. complaint has been made by other users and they don't correct it.. how much does a new toaster cost? 200?? if a thing so easily replaceable, at the same time so basic, doesn't work and you don't correct it gives a tremendous feeling of neglect... location, although it was something we already had.

Everything was modern, pleasant hotel, the location was good close to the centre, a shopping area and about four shopping malls and a bunch of restaurants. The breakfast was inclusive with Tomatoes and fried eggs, and the team was excellent and kept the space clean.

The extra large bed
Several things: when I made the reservation, in special requests I said that I wanted a double bed and not two small ones and a room as high as possible upstairs, I checked in they gave me a room with two small beds and on the 4th floor. It was solved when I complained and they changed me to a room with a big bed on the 11th floor. What I don't understand is if they had the availability to fulfill my request, why they don't do it at first. I also didn't like that they couldn't check in until 4pm, I've never seen that in my life and it's not exactly because I don't travel much. I think it's a delay. the issue of gluten, is not controlled very much... I asked for gluten-free bread for breakfast and it has to be heated because it is frozen, because the first day they took it out raw and following days, almost. pictures really don't fit the reality. I don't understand how it can have 4 stars. hotel is not bad but not for 4 stars.

We have been to this hotel several times over the last few years, apparently they have changed owners and improvement has been noticeable. We stayed on the 11th floor, we saw that this floor had been restored. room is impeccable with a large double bed. We didn't hear any noise from young people (as in previous times) nor did it smell of tobacco. breakfast service has also been improved, professional staff (previously while having breakfast you could only hear complaints and discussions among the staff but this time we had breakfast in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere and that is to be welcomed). Breakfast is correct (coffee has been improved). Regarding the gymnasium and swimming pool we could not see if they were working due to our short stay. We do remember with regret that some years ago when we were there they were either not working (swimming pool) or they were in bad condition (gymnasium). general evaluation has been positive.
To put it mildly, perhaps the breakfast milk is a little cold because in a glass jar it doesn't keep the temperature as it would in a thermos. The soundproofing can also be improved, being right in front of the highway and being a working day, in the morning, you could hear the traffic noise. Anyway, we were able to sleep through the night.

Nice large rooms and good beds
The lack of shower curtain makes inevitable the rather unpleasant water pool on the floor

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautifully renovated room, which looked even better than the photos. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, and the bathroom came fully stocked with great amenities. I would definitely return to this hotel!

Buffet breakfast was amazing. Their rooms are way too small for more than 2 people, we are 3, so we complained and got moved to Aparthotels Albufera over the road which was amazing. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen.
The bus to Valencia comes about every 40+ minutes so you have to make sure you know which one you are getting. The 1st apartment we were in had a few problems, the electricity switch went off with an explosion sound so we told reception and they moved us out into another one.

THE ROOM VERY WELL ,ALL THE STAFF LOVELY AND GOOD CLEANLINESS
THE BAD FOOD, THE MOST PASSABLE BREAKFAST BUT THE REST IS NOT WORTH PAYING FOR THE FOOD THAT THEY HAVE, BETTER TO EAT IN THE SURROUNDINGS THAT YOU HAVE MANY THINGS TO CHOOSE, ANYTHING BETTER THAN TO EAT OR TO HAVE DINNER IN THE HOTEL. ANOTHER THING THAT WE DID NOT LIKE WAS THE SWIMMING POOL, OF WHAT IT IS WORTH A HEATED SWIMMING POOL A DAY WITH COLD AND RAIN, IF TO ACCEDE TO HER YOU HAVE THAT TO STOP BY TERRACE OUTDOORS, IF YOU GO WITH A SMALL BOY IN DAYS AS IT HAS DONE TO US LIKE THAT NOT TO HAPPEN TO THE WET BOY BY THERE. THE GYM IS NOT A GYM, SIMPLY TO SAY THAT THEY HAVE A GYM, SMALLER THAN THE ROOM AND WITH FOUR MACHINES . I RECOMMEND THE HOTEL IF IT IS JUST TO GO SIGHTSEEING IN VALENCIA BECAUSE FOR SLEEPING AND THE STAFF AND CLEANING IS VERY GOOD BUT TO BE AROUND THE HOTEL, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Excellent hotel with great amenities like free parking, 24-hour reception, and wi-fi. The staff assisted me with money exchange on my first stay. Definitely recommend it! I'm coming back next year.

Price, access from the highway, free parking, free wifi. Free cancellation. No additional problems. Good location if you have your own car and do not want to pay for hotels inside the city. Not advisable for those travelling without car. Also, if travelling to the beaches south of Valencia you avoid any traffick leaving the city.
On Sundays the location can be quite deserted as it is a commercial area and outlets and shops close in Spain. However comfortable, rooms are a little bit outdated.
